where we ship
United States only, for the first lot. other countries come later, if they come — research-use rules differ everywhere and we won't hand-wave that part.
rates
free shipping is planned on orders of $200 or more. standard and expedited rates get locked at launch, once the carrier dial-in is final — they'll be listed on this page and in checkout before the first order is taken. no surprises at the last step.
timing
the first lot ships soon. handling times and carrier options land here when checkout opens. we won't promise a ships-tomorrow number until it's true.
the pen travels well
The Dog Peptide Pen ships dry. the two chambers stay sealed until first use — nothing is pre-mixed, and no cold chain is needed. room temperature, plain box, no reason to worry about a warm porch.
what comes back (the disposal program)
every order is planned to include a prepaid sharps mail-back insert, so used pens go back the right way instead of into a kitchen bag. details land with the first lot.
