BPC-157 + TB-500: the stack, explained

Why BPC-157 and TB-500 are commonly paired, what the preclinical rationale is, and what the evidence does not prove.

the short answer

BPC-157 and TB-500 are often paired because they are studied for different parts of tissue repair: BPC-157 for repair and blood flow, TB-500 for cell migration and flexibility. The pairing is a hypothesis, not a proven clinical synergy in dogs.

The rationale

Repair is a multi-step process. One compound may support the scaffolding and blood supply; another may support the cells that migrate to the injury. That is the theory.

The evidence

Most of the data is preclinical. There is no controlled canine trial of the combination for arthritis or CCL tears. The stack is a research convention, not a proven protocol.

The honest position

We sell a research-use product, not a cure. The batch certificate and the published research are the proof we can offer; the medical decision belongs to your vet.

Questions owners ask

Do I need both compounds?

That is a vet question. The pen is formulated as a fixed combination; we do not sell single-compound pens.

Is the stack FDA-approved?

No. Neither compound is FDA-approved for dogs.

Is more better?

No. More is not better with research compounds. Follow the label and your vet.

One pen, 60 clicks, weight-set dosing, once daily. 90-day guarantee. No lock-in.

This guide is general information, not veterinary advice. BPC-157 and TB-500 are research compounds, not FDA-approved drugs for dogs, and no controlled canine trials have been completed. The plan belongs to your vet. If your dog is suddenly lame, yelping, or unable to bear weight, call your vet first.
