the short answer
For The Dog Peptide Pen, dosing is clicks, not milligrams per kilogram: under 25 lb, 1 click daily; 25–60 lb, 2 clicks daily; 60+ lb, 3 clicks Monday–Friday. Each click is 0.05 mL and about 167 mcg BPC-157 plus 167 mcg TB-500. This is the pen's fixed delivery schedule, not a universal veterinary dose. Confirm the band with your vet before the first click.
| Dog weight | Clicks | Schedule |
|---|---|---|
| Under 25 lb | 1 click | Once daily |
| 25–60 lb | 2 clicks | Once daily |
| 60+ lb | 3 clicks | Monday–Friday |
The Dog Peptide Pen's fixed schedule. Not a universal veterinary dose. Confirm the band with your vet.
The click chart
The weight sticker is the whole interface. Under 25 lb, one click once daily. At 25–60 lb, two clicks once daily. At 60+ lb, three clicks Monday–Friday. The same pen serves all three bands; the sticker on the box is the only thing that changes. If your dog is close to a band boundary, do not split the difference yourself. Confirm the band with your vet, especially if your dog has another condition or is on medication.
The arithmetic behind 167 mcg
The pen holds 10 mg of BPC-157 and 10 mg of TB-500 in 3.0 mL. That is 3.33 mg of each peptide per mL. One click is 0.05 mL, so one click carries about 0.1667 mg, or roughly 167 mcg, of each. The pen has 60 clicks total. This is conversion arithmetic for our pen, not a dose recommendation for a different product or a different dog.
Why we don't publish mg/kg
A mg/kg table looks precise, but it would be false precision. No controlled canine trial has established a BPC-157 dose-response curve, so there is no validated milligrams-per-kilogram number to publish. Dogs of the same weight can differ in age, condition, medication, and metabolism. The click chart is a fixed delivery schedule for a research-use product, not a prescription. The medical decision belongs to your vet.
The 28-day window and missed doses
Mix on day 1. Use for 28 days. Discard 28 days after mixing even if clicks remain. At 1 click a day, you will not empty the pen; at 2 clicks a day, you will use 56 of 60; at 3 clicks Monday–Friday, the 60 clicks line up with four weeks. Miss a day? Pick it up at the next dose. Do not double-click. The goal is a routine, not perfection.
What to bring to the vet
Bring your dog's current weight, the full medication and supplement list, the product label, and the batch certificate. Tell your vet about any diagnosis, recent surgery, cancer, pregnancy, or nursing. Ask them to confirm the weight band and the 28-day window. If they say no, that is the answer. A click chart is not a workaround for a vet conversation.
